The Kashmir Files Review
The Kashmir Files is a factual narrative of the atrocities perpetrated against Kashmiri Pandits during the conflict in Kashmir in 1990. This is a genuine account based on video interviews with victims of the Kashmir massacre conducted by the Kashmiri Pandit community. It is a heartbreaking account of Kashmiri Pandits’ grief, suffering, struggle, and trauma. Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Darshan Kumar, Pallavi Joshi, Bhasha Sumbali, and Chinmay Mandlekar play the key roles in the film.
“The Kashmir Files” managed to take the top place in the Indian box office despite being outshone by big-budget Bollywood and South Indian films like “Radhe Shyam,” “Bachchhan Paandey,” “RRR,” and “KGF2,” among others.
When the evacuation drama was recently screened in New Delhi, the film’s creators received a startling surprise.
